Refund & Return Policy – Tatva Healthcare

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Incorrect product received.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@tatvahealthcare.com with your order details and a photo of the product (if damaged/defective).
  2. Once approved, we will either arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • 🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
