Refund & Return Policy – Tatva Healthcare

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect product received.
📌 Requests for return must be made within 5 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased under promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Please contact us at support@tatvahealthcare.com with your order details and a photo of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- 🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
